Skjerva motorhome parking opened its doors in May 2021 and offers 57 spaces for motorhomes and caravans. The facility is located near the sea, which provides good fishing opportunities, and it is a short distance to the center of Ålesund. There is also a separate parking space for cars available to guests.
The facilities at Skjerva motorhome parking include a shower, toilet and emptying system, as well as the possibility of refilling with clean water and electricity. Free WiFi is available for visitors. It is worth noting that places cannot be reserved. The facility is operated by Ålesund bobilparkering AS, which was established in April 2020 and is wholly owned by Ålesund parkering AS.
