Tone Bjørnhaug is an artist based in Ålesund, who has a background characterized by creativity and experimentation. She has always had an interest in art, with activities such as sewing, knitting, painting and drawing a part of her life since childhood. Her early artistic expression included watercolor paintings and the use of materials such as plaster, ceramics and porcelain.
Bjørnhaug has an education in graphic design from Kristiania College, where she studied from 1997 to 1999. In addition, she has completed three years at Ab5 art school and participated in several courses spanning figurative, abstract and mixed media. Her artistic practice is characterized by a playful approach, where she likes to mix different techniques to develop her unique expression. Currently, she has established a gallery and an online store to display and sell her works.
