MOA KULTURSENTER, formerly known as Moa Kino, is a cultural center in Ålesund that offers a varied selection of cultural activities. The center is used by various groups, including big bands, choirs, theater groups and smaller bands. This diversity makes the MOA CULTURAL CENTER an important arena for local culture and art.
The center has three halls, the largest of which functions as a concert hall. All the halls are well equipped with modern sound systems, drums and pianos, which facilitates professional and amateur performances. MOA CULTURAL CENTER has been converted with the help of volunteers, and is run by a house board chosen from the user groups, which ensures that the center is adapted to the needs of those who use the facilities.
