Aalesund Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of Norway's oldest martial arts clubs, established in 1998. The club offers training in several disciplines, including Brazilian jiu jitsu, judo, grappling, kickboxing and MMA. With experienced trainers who have a background both as athletes and instructors, arrangements have been made for a varied and competent training offer.
The training sessions are adapted to different age groups, and the club has activities for children, young people and adults. Emphasis is placed on both technique and sparring, which contributes to an engaging and motivating training environment.
