Ask Safety is a training center in Ålesund that specializes in courses and skills development within the marine, maritime, offshore and onshore industries. The center offers a range of courses, including specialist training programs such as G11 and G20, which focus on lifting equipment and cranes. With a strong focus on safety and preparedness training, Ask Safety has established itself as a total supplier of STCW courses in Norway, as well as a significant player in offshore courses.
The center is part of the ASK Group, which also includes ASK Safety USA and ASK eLearning. This provides opportunities for both practical and digital learning, with offers such as classroom courses, combination courses, "on-board" training and full-scale preparedness exercises for organisations. Ask Safety has also engaged in HSE measures to improve the working environment, and offers evaluation of fire and evacuation drills on ships.
