Læringsverkstedet Tornerose Barnehage is a private kindergarten established in 1992 and has been affiliated with Læringsverkstedet since 2017. The kindergarten offers two toddler departments for children aged 0-3 years, as well as two mixed departments for children from 0-6 years. This provides a varied and adapted organization of activities, which is based on the children's needs and interests.
The kindergarten emphasizes healthy and nutritious food through its concept "Et Godt Måltid", which focuses on locally sourced and homemade food. The outdoor area is equipped with a bike path, ball pit, barbecue area, slides and climbing frame, which gives children the opportunity to be active and explore. In addition, the kindergarten has undergone renovation, which has resulted in a renewed indoor environment with new equipment.
