Alta Kultursal is a centre for cultural activities in Alta, offering a varied programme that includes concerts, theatre performances and Christmas events. The centre has hosted Norway's first performance in Kven, underlining its role in promoting local culture and language. Alta Kultursal also hosts the county's UKM (Youth Cultural Festival), which gives young talents a platform to showcase their skills.
