BUA Alta is a non-profit organization that offers free equipment loans for activities for children and young people. BUA stands for Barn - Unge - Aktivitet, and aims to support inclusion and accessibility for all children in Alta municipality.
The loan scheme includes a wide range of sports and outdoor equipment, including cross-country skis, alpine skis, bicycles, tents, backpacks, cooking equipment, SUP, packraft and canoe. The equipment can be borrowed for up to 7 days, with the possibility of one extension upon request. To borrow equipment, you must create a loan profile in BUA.
