Sandslimarka Kanvas kindergarten is located in Bergen and offers a learning environment with a focus on curiosity, creativity and close relationships. Kanvas is Norway's largest non-profit kindergarten foundation, and has 66 kindergartens in operation. The foundation works to improve children's upbringing conditions and parents' everyday lives through quality kindergartens. At Kanvas, it is a goal that at least half of the employees have kindergarten teacher training, and all employees receive regular professional development. The kindergarten also participates in research and development processes.
