FYSAK Allaktivitetshus in Bergen consists of three activity centres aimed at young people. These centres are located in different parts of the city: Fysak Slettebakken in Årstad, Fysak Melkeplassen in Laksevåg, and Fysak Åsane in Åsane. The offer includes low-threshold offers for self-organized physical activity, where young people can participate in activities such as skating, scooting, tricking, gymnastics, cheerleading, table tennis, dancing and badminton. There is also a parkour hall available at Melkeplassen.
Fysak offers various events and activities, including parkour courses and skate days at Slettebakken and Åsane. It is possible to book a dance hall, as well as celebrate birthdays in Melkeplassen and Åsane. Fysak also has specific activities adapted to tweens and young people, and there are some skateboards and scooters with helmets available for loan. To participate in the activities, you must be 10 years old, with the exception that minors must be accompanied by an adult.
