KoKom is a national competence center specializing in health service communication preparedness. The center offers various learning opportunities, including webinars and e-learning, with a focus on health law and medical emergency response. Through its professional reference group, consisting of experts in health services, KoKom works to improve the quality and management of health services.
The center is also involved in international projects, including in the field of medical emergency response in Tanzania. In addition, KoKom develops tools such as telephone assessment of chest pain, and publishes reports and articles that highlight current topics in the health sector. This helps to strengthen the competence and preparedness in the health service both nationally and internationally.
