The Norwegian Mission Society (NMS) Region Bjørgvin is a religious organization that operates as an independent unit within the Church of Norway. The organization was established in 1842 in Stavanger and is known as Norway's first missionary organization. NMS consists of associations, groups and individual members, and aims to realize the church's missionary mission through various initiatives and projects.
NMS focuses on combating injustice and poverty, and offers a number of activities for both members and volunteers. Among the offerings are knitting and redesign weekends at Kjeldsund, as well as events such as the Cross Walk and Easter Walk.
