MerchMedMeningUB is a youth enterprise affiliated with Amalie Skram Upper Secondary School in Bergen. The enterprise focuses on selling school merchandise, which is specially designed for students at the school. This includes various types of clothing and accessories that bear the school’s logo and symbols, and which are intended to strengthen the sense of community among the students.
As part of an educational program, MerchMedMeningUB gives students the opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship and business management. The enterprise is run by students, who gain practical experience in sales, marketing and customer service. This project helps develop skills that are relevant for future careers, while also promoting the school’s identity.
