Halvøyen is a festival specializing in Hip/Hop and R&B, founded in 2021. The festival has quickly established itself as one of Norway's largest Rap festivals and usually takes place at USF Verftet in Bergen. The name Halvøyen is a tribute to Nordnes and the local rap scene, emphasizing the festival's connection to the city and its culture.
In 2024, Halvøyen will be held on April 27, and the festival has a diverse program with artists such as Sushi x Kobe, GKR, Action the Man, Myla Mui, Milf & Extra Lars, as well as GOGG. The festival aims to promote both established and new talents within the genre, and offers a platform for artists to reach a wider audience.
