We Talk offers conversation and guidance in life management, with a focus on helping individuals become more confident, authentic and competent versions of themselves. Through one-on-one conversations, they work to develop self-confidence and the necessary skills to improve their quality of life. Participants have the opportunity to learn strategies and techniques that can help them break old patterns and create the life they want.
Part of the offer includes a motivation analysis, which aims to uncover internal motivation and drive. The test assesses both personal and work-related well-being, and is followed by an hour-long mapping of individual needs and the way forward. In addition, help is offered with communication and conflict management, which can be useful for those experiencing challenges in relationships, either at home or in the workplace.
