Stand Up Bergen is an organization that focuses on stand-up comedy in the Bergen region. It aims to provide both new and experienced comedians with a platform to develop their skills and gain stage time. The organization organizes various activities, including the "Humorlaboratoriet", which gives comedians the opportunity to experiment with their material, as well as the "Nyhetsbataljonen", which satirizes current political events.
The club has shows every Thursday and Friday at Ole Bull Scene, where both local, national and international artists get the opportunity to perform. Stand Up Bergen is also celebrating its 20th anniversary with special stand-up shows.
