Helgetun is a residential complex that has been developed specifically for social and active seniors. The project consists of 31 modern apartments, each with its own terrace, and is designed with a life-cycle standard to ensure adapted living. The location east of Nattlandsfjellet gives residents access to a scenic area, which contributes to a pleasant living environment.
A communal building is also planned and is under construction, where social activities and communal meals will be arranged. Helgetun focuses on community and socializing, and offers opportunities for activities such as farm work, vegetable and flower growing, as well as mountain hikes and visiting friends.
