Safari Catering was founded in January 2001 and has since developed into a full-service catering and event venue provider. The company currently has 25 employees and has experienced significant growth, including through the acquisition of Fana Catering og selskapsservice AS in 2016. In April 2018, they moved to a new, modern office and production kitchen in Kjøkkelvik, where they prepare a varied selection of dishes.
Catering services include modern cold buffets, sandwiches, tapas and cakes, as well as special menus for various occasions such as Oktoberfest and Christmas food. Safari Catering emphasizes quality in both raw materials and employees, and adapts menus according to the season and holidays. They deliver to all of Bergen and the surrounding area, and aim to offer fresh products directly from production to the customer's party table.
