Bjørn Enes is a freelance journalist based in Bergen, specializing in oral history and storytelling. He is working on a book project about the Nickel Works Workers' Union, on the occasion of their 100th anniversary. The project aims to collect and archive stories from working life, and includes interviews and collections of memories to document this part of local history.
In addition to the book project, Enes offers courses and consultancy in storytelling, as well as documentary film production with a focus on industrial history. He explores topics such as the Industrial Revolution and progressive industrial policy, and has a particular commitment to cultural projects that promote local history. Enes is also open to project collaborations related to the development and production of documentary films.
