The Løvstien is a 6.4-kilometer long hiking trail that offers a varied nature experience in Bergen. The trail offers great views of the Byfjord and Bergensdalen, and is equipped with modern lighting and Bergensrailing for safety and comfort. The spectacular 383-meter footbridge provides a unique opportunity to experience the landscape from a height.
The area around the Løvstien offers a variety of habitats, including coastal pine forests, spruce forests, deciduous forests, bogs, rivers and mountains. There are also designated stops for children, known as Barnas Naturrom, which make it easier for families to enjoy the trip. Exciting places along the trail include Bukkene Bruse Broen, Tretoppen and Utsikten, all of which contribute to a varied and interesting experience for hikers.
