AS Løbergsbygg is a housing association that was founded on October 11, 1951 and is organized as a limited liability company. The housing association consists of 28 residential units, divided into 14 units with four apartments each. The common costs for the residents include municipal fees, property tax and building insurance, which contributes to the overall management of the properties.
The housing association also offers Telenor Free for internet and TV, and has arrangements for change of ownership applications and subletting. To facilitate organization, housekeepers and color codes for the houses have been introduced. In addition, activities are arranged for the residents, which promotes community in the housing association.
