Bønesskogen Borettslag was founded in 1981 and is managed by Fana Boligbyggelag. The housing association was built in three stages, with occupancy starting in the spring of 1982. It consists of 60 apartments, which vary in size and design with six different apartment types. The housing association is located in Fyllingsdalen, Bergen, along the west side of Nordåsvannet, an area that has been characterized by significant new construction since the 1980s.
Bønesskogen Borettslag is popular among families with young children, which can be attributed to the family-friendly environment in the area. In order to ensure safety and well-being among the residents, annual HSE inspections are carried out for unit owners. In addition, resident meetings are held, where joint decisions and updates are discussed, which contributes to an active and engaged living environment.
