Elektroarbeidernes Fagforening Vestland is a trade union that organizes workers in electrical installation, automation and telecommunications. The association offers assistance in work-related matters, as well as legal assistance and advice to its members. In addition to support in working life, the association focuses on further education by offering scholarships and organizing apprentice gatherings for new apprentices.
The association works actively to improve pay and working conditions in the industry and participates in initiatives such as the Barracks Action, which aims to raise standards for working conditions. The member magazine Montørforum is published twice a year and serves as an information channel for its members. Through these activities, Elektroarbeidernes Fagforening Vestland contributes to strengthening the community and expertise among its members.
