Sølvberget Borettslag is located in Ytre Sandviken, close to scenic mountain areas. The housing association consists of 279 apartments, divided into one high-rise building and six low-rise buildings. There is also a separate Grendahus that serves as a gathering point for the residents, as well as an Environmental Club that promotes community and activities.
The housing association has a well-run operation with its own management service and office. The outdoor areas are nicely laid out and include a playground, table tennis table and trampoline. In addition to community activities and cafes for the residents, the housing association houses Sølvberget Kindergarten, which is known for its good environment.
