Metis Upper Secondary School is located in central Bergen, at Lars Hilles gate 17. The school is a short distance from Bergen city centre, the train station and the City Station, which provides easy access to public transport. Metis is known to be one of the most popular upper secondary schools in Hordaland.
The school offers several educational programmes, including study specialisation, top sports, media and communication, as well as sales, service and tourism. In addition, a build-up to general university entrance qualification (VG3) is offered. The teachers at Metis are committed and focus on the students' learning, while at the same time demanding effort and active participation from the students.
