10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Bergen is the first official 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu affiliate in Norway, located in Nordneshallen near the center of Bergen. The club specializes in nogi/10th Planet Jiu Jitsu and offers classes for athletes of all levels, from beginners to advanced. Emphasis is placed on technical drills and positional sparring, allowing members to develop their skills in a safe and structured environment.
The club has a special focus on beginners through the "Mastering The Warm Ups" program, which is designed to provide a solid introduction to the techniques. In addition to the regular classes, 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Bergen plans to expand its offerings with wrestling, yoga and general conditioning. The atmosphere in the club is characterized by community and a common goal of developing strong athletes in NOGI submission-only jiu jitsu.
