Funkisdagen is a non-profit organization that has been active since 2011, and is organized by the Norwegian Disability Association Southwest. The event takes place on a summer Saturday in Bergen or Stavanger, and aims to promote equality, diversity and participation in practice.
The event is a festive gathering for the city's population, and offers a varied program with concerts, entertainment, politicians' squares, sports and various activities for both adults and children. Funkisdagen focuses on humor and life expression, and aims to create good experiences for all participants.
