Glenn Trane is a personal trainer and exercise physiologist with an education from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), where he has specialized in strength and endurance training. With a background as an active soccer player, he has in recent years focused on strength training and running.
Trane uses a scientific approach to training, and adapts the programs to individual needs. He aims to create a training experience that promotes both joy and mastery for his clients, regardless of their current level or goals.
