Incubator Salten is part of Siva's national incubation program and aims to support innovation and growth in the regions of Salten, Lofoten and Vesterålen. The incubator offers business advice to entrepreneurs and companies from idea phase to market launch, and focuses on developing sustainable business models.
Since its inception, Incubator Salten has supported 69 companies with a total of NOK 98.5 million in added capital. In addition to advice, they organize approximately 100 different events annually, which aim to promote networking and skills development among entrepreneurs and business actors. The incubator specializes in the industries Space as well as cultural and creative industries.
