Løp Gård is part of the Nordlandsmuseet and is located in Bodø. The museum focuses on presenting Northern Norwegian culture and history, with a wide range of themes ranging from mountains to the coast. Løp Gård is one of several unique museums under the Nordlandsmuseet, which also includes the Jektefartsmuseet, Saltdal bygdetun, Kjerringøy Tradested, Fauske bygdetun and the City Museum in Bodø.
The museum offers a range of events and activities for visitors, including temporary exhibitions, creative Thursdays, afternoon tea, as well as special events for children and historical walks. Løp Gård also has a varied program with exhibition openings, summer programme, ghost evenings and reflections on the industry's past, in addition to the fact that it is possible to subscribe to newsletters for updates on upcoming activities.
