Olivia Ramsalt is a restaurant located in Bodø, known as the northernmost restaurant in the chain. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace that gives guests a great view of the sea and Lofoten, and it is inspired by the Italian port town of Sorrento. The menu focuses on seafood and Italian dishes, with a varied selection of homemade pizza, pasta and antipasti.
In addition to the food offer, Olivia Ramsalt has a large selection of Italian wines, and it is possible to take away. The restaurant also offers two private rooms, which can be used for intimate dinners or meetings. To give guests an authentic Italian experience, Aperitivo all'Italiana is offered.
