Høglia Borettslag is a housing cooperative founded on 4 November 1982, with ordinary operations from 1 July 1986. The housing association consists of a total of 68 housing units, divided into 4 two-room, 43 three-room and 21 four-room apartments. A low turnover rate has been recorded for the units, with an average residence time of almost 10 years.
The housing association has two municipal playgrounds which are being upgraded in collaboration with Bodø municipality. All devices have access to broadband from Signal, with high speeds of up to 1000/1000 Mbit/s. Høglia Borettslag has an active board that organizes social events and charity work for the residents.
