Norges Toppidrettsgymnas Bodø AS is a secondary school that offers study specialization with specialization in languages, social studies and economics. The school has a focus on creating a good psychosocial working environment, and the pupil service is available to support pupils, staff and parents. NTG Bodø works to develop robust young people who take responsibility for their own development.
The school integrates sports with academic studies through the NTG model, which emphasizes collaboration between coaches and teachers to optimize the total workload for each student. NTG's goal is to help the students develop to win medals in national and international championships, as well as to qualify for the desired higher education. NTG Bodø collaborates with local sports clubs, including FK Bodø/Glimt, IK Grand Bodø, Bodø handball club and IK Junkeren, to create a development and mastery-oriented environment for athletes.
