Åssiden Cemetery is located in Drammen and offers a number of services related to both remembrance and support. Among the available services is the Nettkirken, which provides the opportunity for devotion, chat and lighting candles. The Church's SOS is also part of the offer, and provides support through chat, message and telephone. In addition, visitors can access the hymnbook minute by minute via NRK, as well as watch TV services broadcast by NRK.
The cemetery hosts several events, including the Drammen Sacred Music Festival, which takes place from 13 to 21 September 2025. Seminars on preparing for the end of life are also offered. In connection with All Saints' Day, an open church and chapel are held, and musical events such as Organ Halftime are arranged. These activities contribute to a varied and meaningful offer for both visitors and the local community.
