The Bauda Group's automotive training office is a training office owned and operated by the member companies of Bauda. The office is responsible for training apprentices in four subject areas, and is approved in the counties of Akershus, Buskerud, Oslo and Østfold. It is led by a general manager and an instructor, who together facilitate both practical and theoretical training.
Located in Drammen, the training office shares premises with Toyota Norge AS. Teaching takes place in both classrooms and practical school premises, and includes the use of e-learning and classroom meetings. The employees at the training office also follow up with the apprentices at the training companies to ensure comprehensive training. The office is responsible for the apprenticeship contract and the follow-up of the apprentices throughout the training period.
