Pollenkvartalet - Union brygge is a residential complex located on the banks of the Drammenselva River. The building is surrounded by several well-known landmarks, including the library, Ypsilon and the police station. Completed in 2006, the complex was designed by Lund Hagem Arkitekter and consists of 143 apartments and commercial premises.
The commercial part of Pollenkvartalet has the greatest focus on the restaurant industry, and there is also an inner courtyard that opens onto the river, which provides an attractive outdoor area for residents and visitors.
