Buskerud Bedriftsidrettskrets originated in Drammen and offers a varied program for members of Vestre Viken Welfare Association. Activities include training weekends, a 16-week holistic lifestyle journey, and weekly group classes through Sprekere Bootcamp. The circle also facilitates e-sports activities in collaboration with Bedriftsligaen, which gives members the opportunity to participate in modern and popular forms of competition.
In addition to the aforementioned activities, Buskerud Bedriftsidrettskrets organizes table tennis series for friend teams and company teams. With a focus on both strength and fitness, sessions with an osteopath are offered. The circle also has special events such as a pre-Christmas football cup in collaboration with Strømsgodset, as well as an Advent calendar that encourages activity with a goal of 42 km from December 1 to 24. The spring activity "Aron Opp" represents another opportunity for members to participate in challenging and engaging activities.
