Fontenehuset Drammen is a voluntary work community that targets people with mental health challenges. The offer is low-threshold, which means that no referral or application is required to participate. Here, members are given the opportunity to participate in work-oriented activities, where they can engage in practical tasks that contribute to their personal development.
In addition to the work tasks, Fontenehuset offers support for job and study opportunities, including help with CV writing and preparation for interviews. There is also an emphasis on creating a social community, where members can build networks and strengthen their social skills. The leisure program offered aims to promote social activities and contribute to increased coping, motivation and self-confidence among participants. New members are offered a tour to get to know the offers and the environment.
