The director's residence Aass Selskapslokale is located in Drammen and is a historic building built in 1874. The building, which is one of the city's best preserved houses, was taken over by Aass Bryggeri in 1939. In 2006, the venue was converted and rehabilitated to function as a party venue, and it underwent a modernization in 2021.
