Elvemoen Borettslag is a housing cooperative consisting of 20 homes divided into four-person homes. The housing cooperative offers a number of services to its members, including HSE measures and maintenance. Members of the Norwegian Housing Construction Association (NBBO) have a right of first refusal when homes in the housing cooperative are sold, which can be an advantage for existing residents.
