Fjellhagen Borettslag is a housing project consisting of 550 apartments, located in the Fjell district of Drammen. The housing association has insulated blocks with new facades and glazed balconies, which contributes to a modern and energy-efficient living environment. The heating in the buildings is provided by Fjell Heating and Service Centre, and residents have access to cable TV services from NORFRI, as well as broadband and telephony.
The area around the housing association offers a varied range of facilities, including a primary school, a secondary school, several kindergartens, a library, a community centre and a church. There is also a new playground for the residents' children, as well as frequent bus services to the city centre, with departures approximately every 15 minutes. The housing association has an active board that provides regular updates to the residents, and there is regular collection of larger waste and rubbish. The municipality also runs a youth café and a local community office that organises various cultural activities for the residents.
