The Business Association In Drammensregionen is a non-partisan interest organization whose main task is to safeguard the interests of business in Drammen, Lier and Øvre Eiker. The association has over 1,000 member companies and offers various arenas for development and growth. One of the central services is the certification of export documents through the electronic service essCert, as well as the issuance of the international customs passport ATA-carnet.
The association also has initiatives such as Gründerboost, a free service for entrepreneurs who want to start their own business, and Drammen Works, which functions as a powerhouse for startups and entrepreneurs. In addition, the Business Association organizes activities such as "Ta vannveien!", which aims to promote sustainable transport solutions. Through its collaboration with the Drammen Chamber of Commerce (DCC), the association is part of a global chamber of commerce system, which gives members access to an extensive network and resources.
