Eikholt National Resource Center for Deafblindness is a center of expertise with specialists in combined vision and hearing impairment. The center has national responsibility for NAV adaptation courses for people with deafblindness and offers a wide range of services, including habilitation, rehabilitation, counseling, courses and training. Eikholt emphasizes safety, competence and creativity in its services, and adapts the offer to individual needs.
In addition to course activities, Eikholt is engaged in competence development, research and dissemination. The center aims to be at the forefront of developments in the field and explore new opportunities to contribute to the quality of life for people with vision and hearing impairment.
