The law firm Lex AS, established in 2013 by Lasse Kopperud, offers legal advice and assistance with solid expertise in several areas of law. The firm specializes in construction law, contract law and corporate law, and also offers services related to commercial property and real estate brokerage. In addition, they assist with restructuring and bankruptcy, making them a resource for both newly established companies and larger international businesses.
Since its inception, the firm has grown, and at the turn of the year 2017/2018 the team consisted of six lawyers. The lawyers in Lex AS cooperate under the name "LEX Advokater", but formally operate through their own companies.
