Friskis & Svettis Fredrikstad is a sports club affiliated with the Norwegian Sports Federation, which offers a varied training offer for members. With over 40 group classes per week, including activities such as spinning, yoga and strength training, an active lifestyle is facilitated. Members also have access to the training app Friskis Go, which allows for digital training.
The fitness center focuses on the joy of training and community, and has facilities such as a sauna available to members. A free and non-binding trial period of two weeks is offered for new members, as well as a campaign where members can refer a friend under the age of 25 to receive discounts. Friskis & Svettis was founded in Sweden in 1978 and currently has over 500,000 members in Sweden, Norway and several other countries.
