Prestige MMA - Next Generation MMA Fredrikstad is a martial arts school that offers training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and kickboxing. The school has been part of the martial arts community in Fredrikstad since 2003 and has fostered several of Østfold's first black belts in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
