Young Industrial Innovators (Yi2) is a student consultancy established at the University of Agder. The company aims to contribute to increased innovation capacity in Norwegian industrial companies by providing consultancy services. Yi2 brings together the expertise of highly motivated and skilled students, and focuses on challenging established processes in industry with new ideas and approaches.
The company specializes in multimedia and e-learning technology, as well as design and architecture. They offer digital services such as software and web development, and have expertise in modeling and databases. In addition, they contribute expertise in industrial technology, including computer systems and robotics, and have a particular focus on product development and 3D printing. Through experience from various projects, Yi2 has collaborated with a number of customers to promote innovation in Norwegian industry.
