UiA Nyskaping Grimstad is an innovation support service affiliated with the University of Agder. Established in 2016, the institution aims to strengthen the entrepreneurial culture among employees and students. The services include consulting, incubator programs and various events designed to help with the realization of innovative ideas.
The center actively participates in innovation collaborations and has received grants for several projects. Particular emphasis is placed on technology that can contribute to saving lives in the offshore industry. UiA Nyskaping Grimstad offers support for the commercialization of research for employees, and facilitates students to develop their ideas through tailored innovation courses.
