Venås Cabin is located in a forested area in Halden, close to the Høyåsmarka trail network. The cabin is open to the public from September/October to April, and offers coffee, waffles and snacks. In addition to being a popular place for visitors, Venås Cabin organizes TIPPETRIM on the second Sunday of each month during the winter months, which provides opportunities for both physical activity and socializing.
The nearby illuminated trail is available all year round and has lighting in the evening, making it easy to enjoy outdoor activities regardless of the season. Venås Cabin also offers rental for private events, such as weddings and confirmations.
