BRISKEBYEN MONTESSORI INTERNATIONAL AS is a private Montessori kindergarten that offers a safe and inspiring learning arena for children aged 1-6 years. The kindergarten has two departments, a toddler department for children 0-2 years, and two groups for children 3-6 years. The pedagogical approach combines Montessori pedagogy with typical Norwegian principles, and focuses on independence, curiosity and creativity.
The kindergarten has a strong focus on physical activity, and offers daily outdoor play, trips and access to a private swimming pool. The emphasis is on individual follow-up of each child, as well as freedom and co-determination in the learning process. BRISKEBYEN MONTESSORI INTERNATIONAL AS works closely with parents and guardians to ensure an active and engaging everyday life for the children. The kindergarten is located in the Rollsløkken school district, but accepts children from the entire municipality and nearby areas.
